This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Sapphire IPTV subscription orders and related support requests.

2. Before Activation

If you placed an order but payment has not been completed, no subscription is activated and you can simply ignore the invoice or contact us to cancel the request.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Duplicate payments, clear billing mistakes or accidental overpayments will be reviewed and, when confirmed, corrected or refunded where possible.

4. After Activation

Because IPTV subscriptions are digital services delivered by email, refunds after activation are reviewed case by case. Please contact support first so we can troubleshoot your app, device, internet, VPN or ISP-related issue.

5. Technical Issues

Most issues are caused by app setup, device storage, Wi-Fi speed, ISP routing, VPN configuration or outdated player apps. We may ask you to test a different app, restart your device, change DNS, disable/enable VPN or send screenshots.

6. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund or partial refund may be considered if the service cannot be activated, if the account details do not work after reasonable troubleshooting, or if a confirmed server-side issue prevents service use and cannot be resolved.

7. When Refunds May Be Refused

Refunds may be refused for wrong app installation, incompatible devices, slow internet, ISP blocking, VPN issues, failure to follow setup steps, change of mind after activation, account sharing, misuse or expired subscriptions.

8. How to Request Help or a Refund Review

Contact support with your order email, device type, app name, screenshots of the error and a short explanation. This helps us identify whether the issue is account-related, app-related or network-related.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on PayPal, banks and payment providers.
